Modifications for the House
Plans You Chose
House Plan modifications can
be made in one of three ways:
1. Customer purchases the CAD
disk or reproducible vellum
set and makes the changes themselves
(or thru a local home designer).
2. Home Builder makes changes
on site "field changes".
Please check with your local
building department first.
3. We have
the designer of the plan you
want to purchase give you an
estimate of what it will cost
for them to do the plan changes.
Some designers charge a set-up
fee along with their hourly
rate and others have flat or
hourly fees. Please use our
"Ask The Designer"
feature that is on every plan
page to ask the designer of
the house plan you're interested
in directly or email us at sales@House-Plans.com.
On average it takes one to three
weeks and runs from $75.00 to
hundreds and sometimes thousands,
depending on the complexity
of the changes.
